How do I know my items are authentic?
All of our autographed items at Parillo Sports Vault are authenticated by third party vendors and come with a certificate of authenticity to verify the items legitimacy. Many of these vendors are transitioning from a physical COA to QR-coded stickers to immediately scan and confirm authenticity directly to your device of choice. A representative of these companies witnesses these signings.

What are the different types of jerseys?
Licensed Jerseys: All jerseys listed for sale as a licensed jersey are produced by authorized manufacturers such as Nike, Adidas, etc. and feature authentic team branding down to the detail. The autographs are typically obtained through team, league, or private signing events.
Replica Jerseys: All jerseys listed for sale as replica jerseys look similar to official jerseys when observed in a display case. However, they are not licensed team merchandise. Custom jerseys are typically less expensive than licensed jerseys, but tend to appreciate less in value over time.
What are the different types of Helmets?
Authentic Helmets: These are closer to what players actually wear on gameday. They are more expensive than replica helmets. They feature genuine padding and are designed for on-field use.
Replica Helmets: Replicas mimic the appearance of authentic helmets, and are not suitable for play due to their lack of safety features. Since the replica helmet is essentially the shell of an authentic helmet, it makes the product lighter and less valuable in most cases.
Mini Helmets: Mini Helmets come in a variety of colorways and variations. Editions, such as the Lunaror Salute to Service, offer a unique take on each team’s branding. Giving collectors many options to choose from.
How do breaks work?
We’re always experimenting with different methods to obtain the best customer experience possible. Some of our favorite breaks include:
NFL Breaks: There are a variety of ways we can break a box, helmet, jersey, etc. on Whatnot via live auction. For example, we can allow for customers to buy a slot for each individual NFL team of their choosing until all slots are filled. We could subdivide that into divisions. Meaning you would get 4 teams from the division of your choice. Therefore, we would only have to wait for 8 entries as opposed to 32. There’s also the option for AFC vs NFC if customers want a bigger cut of the break. We may even begin selling breaks as a whole as our business expands. The sky is the limit! If you inquire with a particular interest we can make it happen.
These methods also apply to NBA, MLB, and other professional sports leagues and their respective conferences and divisions.
Auctioning Individual Packs: At Parillo Sports Vault, we are open to allowing options to our customers. By participating in an individual pack break, you would be going against the highest bidder until one person is left standing with that pack. We would continue in that fashion until all packs have been ripped in that box break.
Auctioning Individual Cards & Memorabilia: We have a wide variety of cards, mini-helmets, and jerseys that have already been opened in previous breaks that we can auction off on Whatnot one by one. In the future, we plan to do repacks with some of our bigger ticket items.
Other Sports Breaks: While the bulk of our collection is currently football based, we do offer basketball and baseball memorabilia, with plans to branch into nearly every sport imaginable! If you have interest in doing a break for a sport other than football, reach out to our customer service team at any time.
Am I guaranteed a win if I buy into a break?
No. Each live break is made up of a variety of slots depending on the format of the break in question. You are not guaranteed to win an item based on your entry.
Example: In an 8-spot divisional break you have a 1 in 8 chance to win for each spot you purchase. The more slots your purchase, the more your odds increase. This still does not guarantee victory. The only way to ensure your receive an item for your money spent is to purchase an item directly from our website.
How do I view a previous break I entered to see if I won?
If you bought into a break and are not able to watch the break live, don’t worry! Every live break at Parillo Sports Vault is recorded and uploaded to YouTube.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Due to our belief in full transparency and disclosure of the condition of each product on our website, Parillo Sports Vault does not allow returns or refunds. In the event your package is lost or damaged, we will make an exception.

I won an item! What is the delivery process?
Please allow 1-2 days for processing of your package. As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number from us. If you do not receive this notification, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not receive the email, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team and they can assist you with tracking down your purchase
What is your shipping and address policy?
We strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders. To help us achieve this goal, we require all customers to maintain a valid and current mailing address associated with their account. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
- Customer Responsibility: It is solely the customers responsibility to provide and update their mailing address whenever changes occur. This includes ensuring that your address is complete, accurate, and properly formatted.
- Address Verification: We may verify mailing addresses during the checkout process. However, it remains the customers responsibility to confirm the accuracy of their address before completing a purchase.
- Lost or Undelivered Packages: Parillo Sports Vault is not responsible for lost packages or packages delivered to an incorrect address due to errors or outdated information provided by the customer. In cases where packages are lost or undelivered because of an incorrect or invalid mailing address provided by the customer, Parillo Sports Vault will not issue refunds or replacements.
